1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a notification email once your order has transitioned from our sanctuary to the courier's hands.
- During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Origins & Locations
We primarily ship all orders from our main warehouse in Apex, North Carolina, USA.
Stock Re-routing Disclaimer: To ensure you receive your items even when local stock is exhausted, we may fulfill your order from our alternate fulfillment centers.
- If your order is dispatched from an alternate location, delivery times may be extended. * We will notify you if your order is affected by a significant delay due to re-routing.

4. Special Handling for Sensitive Items
Due to the nature of our unique catalog (Lighters & Utility Knives), specific regulations apply:

Lighters: For safety and legal compliance, all lighters are shipped empty of fuel (butane/fluid). You will need to fill them upon arrival.

Utility Knives: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchase and possession of our tools comply with their local and state laws.
- Shipping Restrictions: Some items may be restricted to ground shipping or specific carriers due to safety regulations.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier's system.
- If you ordered multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages from different locations.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SONICBEST is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or the trail goes cold (lost package), please contact us immediately:
- Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Email info@sonicbest.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
