The 30-Day Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the condition you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Shipping: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

 

Important Safety & Product Exceptions

Due to the nature of our curated collection, certain restrictions apply:

  • Lighters & Flammable Items: Per shipping safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on lighters that have been filled with fuel (butane/lighter fluid). If a lighter is defective, please contact us for a troubleshooting guide or a replacement/refund solution that does not involve shipping hazardous materials.
  • Utility Knives: These must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all safety guards intact.
  • Personalized/Custom Pieces: Special orders or personalized items are final sale.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or "Final Sale" event, as well as gift cards, cannot be returned.
